A Princess In Need….

(God, why am I being so corny lately? To the girl who reads this, I hope you don’t lol, facepalm or send me comments of flame! :P)

So, you remember me telling her how beautiful she is, and how I hoped that I could win her fair heart in time! Well, it seems that she has to suffer yet again for the sake of her work! I would really wanna ask her to rest it over for a bit since if she gets a migraine and such while working, it will definitely affect her working performance for the worst! And to top it all off, it seems that all her hard work does not seem to pay off, since according to her blogs, she kinda is not very happy with how things work around there. 

Still, for her to work so hard and not really reaping the rewards all that much in my opinion, is just unacceptable. If only there was something I can do to at least ease her pain? 

My newfound appreciation for fanfics!

With me being extremely tired from all that studying, I decided to rest for now and try to check what wonders does the glorious internet have in store for me this time! I have seen different videos which are usually related to video games such as, Reviews, Vlogs, Rants, and even friggin machinimas! But this time, I decided to check out something a little different today: reading gaming fanfiction!

Back in my days in high school, I made essays which resemble fanfiction and as a result, I got good grades from my teacher for creativity, and at the same time getting my parents worried because the works I made have a bit of morbid-ness and fantasy added up to it! I am not one to rebel, but what do they know? It’s my work and I wanna do what I want with it. If I want something a bit wholesome, I would do so! If I wanna do a dark and edgy story for an essay, I would do so! It really can ruin the creativity factor if you are being told off because you were being creative to the point where your work was “not pleasing” to them!

Okay, now that I removed that rant from my brain, what did I say about fanfiction? Oh, yes!

Well, there was this particular website that I have not touched until yesterday called www.fanfiction.net where it has the best, worst, and utterly shite fanfics ever made by human beings! I would have to show my thanks to a man on TGWTG known as Bennett the Sage for opening my love for fanfics through the form of his monthly series Masterpiece Fanfic Theater!

There were some fanfics that I have read which are really superb, and there are those like the infamous My Immortal, which was no longer posted on the site due to reasons X, Y and Z! Due to me reading them, I decided to try out making my own fanfics, usually about gaming in the near future. And maybe make a video of myself reading fanfics (mind you, I know how to be a good storyteller) or perhaps make reviews of fanfics, whether it be good, bad or extremely obscure! Be sure to check it out sometime! lol!

Oh, and one more thing!

I went into this new gaming site called Giant Bomb, and it was really damn good, save for a few trolls and d-bags here and there! But it’s just the perks I get for being new to the site! Eventually I would get recognition as I once had back on Screwattack! It shall be new site to conquer! So fear and piss your pants all you want, people! ‘Cause The Nemesis is coming with his legions at the ready!

The 20 (?) Commandments of Gaming!

1. Thou shalt play single player before multiplayer! 
 
2. Thou shall not leave a match while it’s going on! 
 
3. Thou shall not put t-bag on someone unless thou knoweth that you will not get killed after no less than 6 seconds! 
 
4. Thou must always be open-minded to other genres! 
 
5. Thou shall level grind in RPGs
 
6. Thou must not bitch about game because it’s too hard! 
 
7. Thou shall not utter slurs of racism, nor insults of one’s sexuality! 
 
8. Thou must think before you charge! 
 
9. Thou must not rely on spam to much! 
 
10. Thou must know how to throw a fireball! 
 
11. Thou must gain all achievments/trophies! 
 
12. Thou shall not grief! 
 
13. Thou must love your fellow gamer, regardless of what gender they are, coz they are your comrades! 
 
14. Thou must appreciate the old games as much as the new! 
 
15. Thou must learn secrets of game 
 
16. Thou must not use cheats unless you are a girly man! 
 
17. Thou must aim for the leaderboards! 
 
18.  Thou shall eat nutritious foods while gaming 
 
19. Thou must respect other gamer’s preferences and not say “insert console here” haz no gaemz 
 
20. Thou shall exercise before, and after gaming!
